Block Jocks was planning multiple NFT collection drops and needed a way to model revenue across different pricing strategies. The original Excel spreadsheet had a 4-tier pricing structure — each tier with its own release quantity, unit price, and share price — that calculated total revenue in both ETH and USD. The challenge was that NFT pricing requires rapid iteration: testing different tier structures, adjusting quantities, and seeing the revenue impact in real-time as crypto prices fluctuate.

The Excel version worked for a single person modeling scenarios alone, but fell apart during team planning sessions. Sharing the file meant emailing versions back and forth, and the volatile nature of cryptocurrency pricing meant that the USD conversion was outdated the moment the file was saved. The team needed a tool they could use collaboratively in real time.

We built a web application with Firebase for real-time data persistence and a clean, card-based interface for the 4-tier pricing model. Each tier card shows release quantity, unit price per NFT, and calculated totals in both ETH and the selected cryptocurrency. The grand total aggregates across all tiers with live USD conversion. A cryptocurrency selector lets users switch between ETH and other tokens, and the save/reset functionality backed by Firebase means the team can access the latest scenario from any device.

The investor-ready output was a key requirement. Block Jocks used the calculator during funding conversations, projecting revenue scenarios on screen while adjusting tier structures in real time based on investor feedback. The tool proved its accuracy across three successful NFT drops, with actual revenue matching projections within 5% — a testament to the precision of the converted Excel formulas and the real-time pricing integration.
